About Houston United Girls Flag Football League
Houston United Girls Flag Football League is an all-girls NFL Flag football league serving the greater Houston area. Houston United is a program of She Plays Flag Texas, a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to growing girls flag football across the state and advocating for UIL varsity sanctioning.
Designed with tournament and travel teams in mind, Houston United provides a competitive environment that helps players sharpen their skills between weekend tournaments and develop year-round. As part of a nonprofit organization, every registration fee, donation, and sponsorship directly supports our mission.
What Makes Houston United Different

• Built for travel teams. League play is scheduled around your tournament calendar.
• Professional officiating. Every game is officiated by experienced, certified professionals.
• Quality venue. All games are played on the football and soccer fields at Houston Christian High School.
• Pathway for free agents. Athletes without a team can register as free agents and find their way onto a roster.
• Recognition for excellence. Division champions receive championship rings, and All-Star teams (10U and older) compete in national tournaments in the spring with uniforms provided by the league. Additional information regarding the All-Star team will be provided in the fall.
