Houston United is dedicated to developing elite girls flag football players in the Houston area. As a program of She Plays Flag Texas (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit), we offer competitive Houston League play, professional-level coaching, and pathways for athlete growth while removing barriers through scholarships and support.

Our league format mirrors the tournament experience, giving players meaningful reps in a competitive environment that prepares them for the bigger stage.
